Also, a must book to pick up whether you are in periomenopause/menopause or not is The Wisdom of Menopause
Along, with Dr. Christine Northrup's web site, you could find answers to many of you are feeling...it is a step forward.
Both are a good place to start. Finding out whether or not there is an issue with hormones, a thyroid condition, sleep apnea (can cause depression), allergies or sensitivity to light SAD...even change in diet and along with adding an exercise routine, could dramatically change things before they get out of hand.
Check them both out.

I fully agree. My ExW started her journey with an illness and then the bottom fell out. She claims that her life flashed in front of her and she decided she could not live like that anymore. Like what? 4 years of hard times because our son was born with health issues and we were in the clear last May so that our M/R and Family could move forward positively like we were doing before her illness. Oh well.
Oh, she finally did call the kids Tuesday night to say hello but that has been the only time. She is now getting ready to return and I will be prepared to again get more text messages/e-mails since she has been quiet most of this week. Oh, did receive an e-mail a few minutes ago with no comments or anything but an attachement for our vacation place in April......I did not bother to reply, I need to keep contact to a minimum.
