New Products have been added to WINMLC Amazon Store. Primarily, I have added the Light Therapy equipment that I use on a daily basis to help with my sensitivity to light.
Many women and men at mid-life or when depressed become sensitive to light or lack of light. If you feel lows in the Fall and Winter and then extreme highs in the Spring and Summer, you may be experiencing SAD, a seasonal disorder due to the lack of light. Before you start adding perscription drugs or in combination with, you might try using one of the light boxes that I have placed in this category at the store. I use the Apolllo GoLite box. I have written on this subject briefly and will go in-depth in the near future.
I encourage both the women and the men to look in to this holistic solution to depression and difficulty in recailbrating your circadian clock (sleep pattern),
