Buy your copy of this powerful movie here at the WINMLC Bookstore.  Fireproof
This movie is by far the most powerful film that has come out that demonstrates how precious and fragile the marriage between two people can be.  Make this movie a date night for you and your husband...send it to your wife with a simple note of "I get it".  Watch the movie yourself before you decide to do this.  Some of you are beyond this...but it will make a statement.
If you do watch it, please use this thread for your review and how it helped or didn't help with your marriage and situation.  I am interested to see the results.

I sent it to her for Valentines Day/21st Anniversary.  I don't think we will be watching it together, she moved out 5 months ago.  I will let you know if I get any feedback from her or if she even watches it.  I am away once again on business in CA, but I am going back home to CT next weekend.

I watched the movie two nights ago and thought it is great... Im sure different detail circumstances for
all of us but it is amazing how we once loved each and now even struggle to be friends at some point.

We all need to communicate better from both sides im sure.... But is it not  crazy how most of us were
married in the church... and how it was so important to us at a time in both of our lives, EXPECTATIONS
of a great life together.  How many of us really really took God into our hearts and family to help us and
guide us on our new journey...

Married in the house of God, than  inside myself, I deeply left him outside
my journey of life, family and marriage.

So many good parts, I don't want to spoil it, but I did like the part when the guy and his son were
talking in park at middle of movie... great point...

Now some of us might look at this movie thinking it is a Hollywood big thing with millions in to it
and big stars... Not the case, normal people like you and me, so get past the average acting...

  Great Words, Great Meaning,....

Guys don't let it break your heart, where every your at with your relationship,,, take it for the
deep meaning,,, enjoy it and study yourself even more...GROW

I rented Fireproof and watched it last weekend.  I found it hard to relate to personally because I am not Christian and the relationship was nothing like my own.  But I really liked the idea of using kindness to heal the marriage, especially one that had become so angry.  I can't think of any better way to heal any angry relationship... marital or not.  And whether  or not the relationship is angry like the one in movie, kindness is always a good idea and good for the relationship.
